Dear WWG Supporters/Friends/Community
As we approach the end of another year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in our mission and my journey have made this year truly remarkable.
Whether you’ve contributed time, shared your resources, cheered us on, or simply been there when it mattered most, your impact has been invaluable. Together, we’ve achieved:
Quarterly Restorative Retreats
Twice a month “Sip, Paint, Center” events, including learning how to make vegan cheese and gaining an understanding and significance in the unique history behind waist beading
Yearly international retreats
Music for the soul
Facilitated groups, classes, workshops and trainings for various organizations.
These would not be possible without you.
This year has reminded me of the power of community and connection. I am deeply inspired by the kindness and generosity you’ve shown, and I look forward to continuing this journey with you in the coming year.
As we step into the new year, let’s celebrate all that we’ve accomplished and remain hopeful for what’s ahead. Here’s to a brighter future and more success as we continue to grow together.
With this fondness and gratitude, I wish to share with you WWG’s end of year meditation: Reflect, Release, and Renew.
An end-of-year meditation can be a powerful way to reflect, let go of the past, and set positive intentions for the future. It allows us to focus and acknowledge the year’s accomplishments, lessons, and personal growth. I invite you to join me in a meditative practice to Reflect, Release, and Renew. Once you have completed your practice, you might find it helpful to:
Journal: Simply jotting down insights, reflections, or intentions that came up during the practice. You might include a gratitude list.
Visualization: Maybe you prefer symbolic items such as visualizing a boat setting sail on the horizon (letting go of the past, moving forward), or an autumn leaf falling from a tree representing the natural cycle of change and letting go, or maybe you simply anchor your experience through the planting of a flower.
Group Meditation: Share this practice with others to foster connection and shared reflection.
Thank you once again for being part of this incredible journey. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season as we spring forward in WHOLENESS into a prosperous next year.
Fondly, Dr. C
